Oops, he did it again! Sub Focus “accidentally” reveals Glastonbury 2025 slot

We’ve got another sneaky one, folks. First Infinity Song spilled the beans on their Glasto debut, and now another artist has joined the accidental-announcement club — and this one’s a biggie. Drumroll (and bass drop) please… Sub Focus appears to be playing Glastonbury 2025!
The drum and bass titan – real name Nicolaas Douwma – quietly let the cat out of the bag via an otherwise innocent-looking Instagram post listing his summer tour dates. But if you zoom in (and yes, we did), there it is: “Glastonbury TBA – June 29.” Whoops.
Nothing official yet from the festival, of course — this isn’t the BBC News stage. But let’s be honest, a Glade or Arcadia slot seems very likely for a DJ who’s practically a household name for ravers. It would mark a return to Worthy Farm for Sub Focus, who previously blew the roof off (if Glasto had one) back in 2013 with his jaw-dropping live show setup.
For those newer to the scene, Sub Focus isn’t just some weekend spinner — he’s been shaping electronic music for two decades. From early anthems like X-Ray and Timewarp to 2013’s Torus (featuring bangers like Tidal Wave and Endorphins), his sound helped define a generation of drum and bass heads.
Fast forward to last year, and his third album Evolve bagged “Best Album” at the Drum and Bass Arena Awards — proof he’s still at the top of his game. He’s remixed everyone from The Prodigy to Dizzee Rascal, and festival stages like Creamfields, Reading & Leeds, and Tomorrowland are basically his second home.
And now? It looks like Glastonbury 2025 just got another big beat hero — even if someone forgot to run it past the PR team.
Keep your eyes peeled on that full line-up drop. And remember: at Glasto, the best sets are often the ones you stumble into… or accidentally spot on Instagram.
