Alright, Boomtown fam, the countdown is ON. With the last batch of tickets up for grabs, the festival has just dropped a NEXUS stage line-up that’s stacked with heavy hitters—and let’s just say, it’s looking absolutely massive.
Set in the lush, otherworldly district of Botanica, NEXUS is all about big energy, genre-blurring beats, and a line-up that hits hard from every angle. Taking over Boomtown from 6th-10th August 2025, this is where basslines collide with boundary-pushing sounds in a way that only Boomtown can deliver.
Who’s Bringing the Heat?
🔥 Bashy – UK rap royalty is stepping up! A grime pioneer who helped shape the golden era of the genre, Bashy’s set is bound to be explosive, packed with the raw intensity that’s made him a legend. Off the back of his album Being Poor Is Expensive, expect a high-energy, emotionally charged performance.
🔥 CASISDEAD – The mysterious masked maestro of UK rap brings his gritty, cinematic storytelling and eerie, synth-heavy beats to NEXUS. His debut album Famous Last Words is a dystopian fever dream of crime, vice, and regret, making his set a whole vibe—think Blade Runner meets back-alley London beats.
🔥 MJ Cole – UK garage legend, known for Sincere and a back catalogue that still slaps just as hard today, will be on hand to bring the vibes.
🔥 Moonchild Sanelly – The self-proclaimed ‘future ghetto punk’ queen of South Africa is bringing her unapologetic, bass-driven sound to shake things up. Expect high-energy afro-fusion beats and bold-as-hell performance energy.
🔥 Lady Leshurr – The freestyle queen who gave us Queen’s Speech (and let’s be real, made brushing your teeth sound like the most hype thing ever) is coming to spit fire, shake the place, and leave us all breathless.
🔥 Blanco – His hard-hitting bars and unique flow are guaranteed to hit different in a Boomtown setting.
